This role will oversee the Operations team in Beam KR - reporting into GM, including:

  • Owning the performance of own Beam operations cities across multiple verticals - planning and executing strategic projects to enhance top and bottom line metrics
  • Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures to ensure that the Beam operations in Korea runs smoothly and efficiently
  • Leverage a rich consumer mobility data-set, optimising our geofence design (rideable zones, parking spots, no-go-zones) and developing insights into how we can innovate constantly on existing processes and products
  • Manage an efficient, high-performance ground operation - ensuring high availability of rideable vehicles and optimisation of parking hotspots to maximize trip demand
  • Oversee strong warehouse operations - ensuring damaged vehicles are collected, repaired and returned to the street in a safe and efficient manner
  • Develop intimate understanding of the product and customers “beyond the data” by getting hands dirty and owning the service and operations on the ground
  • Oversee the expansion of Beam’s footprint into new cities and vehicle types, tailoring and localising our approaches accordingly to individual market realities
  • Form close collaborative cross-functional relationships (inc. product, marketing, government relations, legal), as well as external city stakeholders, to ensure smooth and cohesive business execution
