1. Supply Chain Oversight

• Assist in managing end-to-end supply chain processes for ANZ, including planning, sourcing, inventory management, and distribution.
• Collaborate with the central supply chain team and local operations to support coordinated activities across the region.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health regulations, maintaining a secure working environment.

2. Warehouse & Inventory Support

• Oversee the daily operations of the Regional Warehouse in Brisbane, handling inbound and outbound processes, stock storage, and order dispatch.
• Utilize Zoho Inventory to track and manage stock movements, ensuring accurate updates and reporting.
• Perform order picking, packing, and fulfillment activities as needed to meet demand.
• Conduct regular stock counts and audits to assist in maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Communicate with internal teams on changes in orders, demand, and shipment status.

3. Logistics Coordination

• Support the management of 3PL and transportation vendors involved in freight movement across ANZ.
• Assist in gathering demand forecasts from multiple Beam sites and coordinating transportation activities.
• Help oversee logistics operations within the ANZ region, ensuring timely delivery of goods and efficient flow of inventory.
• Contribute to new market launches by coordinating logistics and arranging necessary supplies.

4. Procurement Assistance

• Provide support with procurement activities as required, working with the central supply chain team to source materials and equipment.
• Coordinate with suppliers to help ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
