- Identify and generate leads through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.
- Conduct consultations with potential franchisees to understand their business goals, financial capabilities, and interests.
- Provide detailed information about Beam's franchise model, including investment requirements, support services, and expected returns.
- Develop sales presentations and materials to showcase the benefits of the franchise opportunity.
- Effectively communicate the unique selling points and competitive advantages of the company's franchise
- Negotiate terms and conditions of the franchise agreement, ensuring a mutually beneficial arrangement for both parties.
- Close sales deals and facilitate the signing of franchise contracts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing franchisees. Address inquiries, concerns, and objections promptly and professionally.
- Ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements related to franchise sales are met.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with potential franchisees and ensure proper documentation of agreements.
- Provide initial training and orientation to new franchisees, helping them understand the operational aspects of the business.
- Offer ongoing support and guidance to franchisees to ensure their success and adherence to the company's standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
- Analyze market data to adjust sales strategies and identify new opportunities for expansion.
- Present sales performance reports to management, outlining achievements and areas for improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 6 years of experience in sales, preferably in franchising or a related industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and explain complex business concepts clearly.
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to franchising.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and results-oriented attitude.
- Understand Korean business culture and managing local business relationship
- Fluency in both Korean and English
