What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting patient recruitment and engagement across multiple clinical trials
  • Acting as a first point of contact for potential participants, patient groups, and partners
  • Communicating study information clearly and appropriately to non-clinical audiences
  • Pre-screening and coordinating participants in line with study protocols
  • Managing scheduling, follow-ups, and participant communications
  • Assisting with the development and execution of recruitment strategies

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree educated (life sciences, psychology, or related field preferred)
  • Some experience in clinical research, patient engagement, or healthcare settings
  • Understanding of clinical trials and patient recruitment processes
  • Knowledge of GCP, GDPR, and data handling best practices
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and in a team
  • Confident using digital tools (e.g. Microsoft Office, CRM systems, or similar platforms)

Why Join?

  • Join a pioneering organisation leading innovation in mental health and psychedelic clinical research
  • Gain hands-on experience across patient recruitment, engagement, and clinical operations
  • Work in a collaborative, mission-driven environment focused on improving patient outcomes
  • Exposure to cutting-edge trials and a rapidly growing sector
  • Strong opportunities for learning, development, and progression within clinical research
