Journey Clinical is on a mission to transform the growing mental health crisis by accelerating the adoption of frontier treatments that lead to lasting improvements in clinical outcomes. We have built a turnkey healthtech platform to safely and effectively expand access to a powerful modality known as Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy, starting with Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). In our patient-centered collaborative care model, licensed psychotherapists in the network take on the psychotherapy, while Journey Clinical's in-house medical team takes on patient eligibility, treatment plan and outcome monitoring. Our platform gives psychotherapists passionate about PAP the infrastructure and support required to become empowered KAP providers, while enabling higher standards of patient care and enhanced clinical outcomes.

About the role
Journey Clinical is looking for a dynamic Growth Marketing Manager to grow our membership of licensed psychotherapists. You should be analytical, customer-obsessed, and have a strong bias for action. You will drive initiatives across the growth funnel to help more practitioners add Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy to their clinical practices. The role is remote and will report directly to the Head of Growth.

Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day:

  • Lead acquisition activities across paid social, paid search and other digital channels, partnering with our digital marketing agency to optimize our campaigns for performance. You should have a strong sense of performance marketing metrics and experience with driving creative testing.
  • Build out a strong mix of acquisition channels across paid and owned channels, including referral marketing, customer marketing, community, affiliates, SEO and content.
  • Own SQL conversion and nurture of top-of-funnel leads, through lifecycle marketing utilizing marketing automation and no-code growth tool stack
  • Constantly monitor marketing budgets and key growth metrics across the funnel, develop and drive initiatives to improve results.
  • Engage in rapid experimentation to improve growth metrics across each step of the buying journey from digital ads, to landing pages, to sign-up flows and email marketing.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years in growth, performance marketing, demand generation or related roles. Must have experience owning and managing digital marketing budgets.
  • 1-3 years of experience in an early-stage startup environment (prior to series B). Should be Curious, resourceful, and able to take a self-starter approach to work
  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented and deep expertise with full-funnel growth metrics, able to analyze data, interpret insights and make data-driven decisions- Highly proficient in Hubspot, or a similar marketing automation tool.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with internal teams where you thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy problem-solving, Experience supporting sales teams, is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, iterate, pivot, and move fast with flexibility and adaptability; is not afraid of change but embraces it as an opportunity for innovation and personal growth
