Journey Clinical is on a mission to transform the growing mental health crisis by accelerating the adoption of frontier treatments that lead to lasting improvements in clinical outcomes. We have built a turnkey healthtech platform to safely and effectively expand access to a powerful modality known as Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy, starting with Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). In our patient-centered collaborative care model, licensed psychotherapists in the network take on the psychotherapy, while Journey Clinical's in-house medical team takes on patient eligibility, treatment plan and outcome monitoring. Our platform gives psychotherapists passionate about PAP the infrastructure and support required to become empowered KAP providers, while enabling higher standards of patient care and enhanced clinical outcomes.

Growth Marketing Manager / Senior Manager – Customer Acquisition
We’re seeking a Growth Marketing Manager / Senior Manager to own therapist and patient acquisition through paid channels using performance marketing, experimentation with new paid and organic channels, and conversion optimization.
You’ll lead acquisition strategy and execution across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging new channels. This role directly contributes to new customer and new patient OKRs. You’ll operate as a strategic individual contributor and hands-on growth leader — supported by agency partners, in-house creative support, and a maturing HubSpot/Tableau data stack with collaboration from Revenue Operations and Data Science.
This role blends performance marketing, conversion optimization, and experimentation. Bonus points if you’ve worked in DTC health, patient acquisition, or insurance-integrated funnels.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Experimentation
Own and execute a clear testing roadmap across offers, landing pages, audiences, and creative formats.
Launch experiments in Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads — optimizing for SQLs, opportunities, and customers (not just MQLs).
Collaborate with Product and Design teams to test and optimize high-converting landing pages and conversion flows.
Drive insight-to-action loops across experiments and report on outcomes.
Performance Marketing & Channel Expansion
Manage and scale performance campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
Test new channels (e.g., podcast ads, TikTok, programmatic, CE campaigns).
Work closely with our paid media agency on planning, optimization, and creative execution.
Drive CAC improvement and efficient scaling via segmentation and targeting.
Partner with Finance and Growth to forecast performance and align spend strategies.
Full-Funnel Optimization
Leverage HubSpot/Tableau to track performance and improve funnel conversion (MQL → SQL → Opportunity → Customer).
Implement cohort tracking and identify drop-off points.
Optimize nurture sequences, follow-ups, and workflows with Sales and Lifecycle teams.
Campaign Strategy (Enablement)
Own creative briefs — define goals, personas, formats, and messaging for each campaign.
Collaborate with creative teams and partners to ensure asset quality and testing cadence.
Use performance data to manage refresh cycles and reduce creative fatigue.
Product-Led Growth & Organic Levers
Support referral growth, funnel expansion, and community-led awareness as low-cost acquisition drivers.
Partner with Product and Content teams on self-serve or low-friction sign-up experiments.
(Bonus) Experience with referral programs, freemium models, or organic funnels.
Qualifications
6–10 years of growth marketing experience, focusing on performance marketing, funnel optimization, and channel ownership in a fast-paced startup.
Proven success scaling Meta and Google Ads, and comfort managing agency partners.
Strong grasp of CAC, lead-to-customer funnels, and growth metrics.
Experience designing and executing statistically-sound growth experiments.
Highly collaborative — able to work cross-functionally across Sales, Creative, Community, and Product.
Self-starter with strong ownership and comfort navigating ambiguity.
Bonus: B2B2C or DTC health experience, marketing to therapists, or patient acquisition with insurance-integrated offers.
