Role Description
As an Outbound Business Development Representative (BDR), you’ll be on the front lines of our growth. Your primary responsibility will be generating qualified meetings for our sales team by proactively reaching out to healthcare organizations.

What You’ll Do
- Research and identify prospective customers and key decision-makers
- Execute outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to understand needs, challenges, and fit
- Schedule meetings and product demos for Account Executives
- Conduct initial discovery of leads that are interested in speaking with the Sales team
- Maintain accurate activity and lead records in CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to refine messaging and targeting
- Consistently meet or exceed activity and pipeline goals
Who We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, recruiting, healthcare or adjacent experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with outbound calling and rejection
- Highly organized with good time-management skills
- Coachable, curious, and has a growth mindset
- Adaptable and creative approach to fast changing environments
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Interest in healthcare, technology, and startup culture
Nice to Haves
- Previous BDR/SDR or inside sales experience
- Familiarity with CRM and prospecting tools (Sales Navigator, Salesforce, Outreach, Nooks etc.)
- Experience selling or working in healthcare or SaaS

Compensation & Location
The OTE range is expected to be $70,000-80,000 OTE. However, the compensation will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s location, skills, and experience. Depending on the position offered, equity and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.This is a remote role, with candidates required to be based in the Pacific or Mountain or Central Time Zones.
The role can be based out of our San Ramon, CA office or remote.
