Overview of the Role...

We’re hiring a Director of Growth - Health Plan and Partnership Strategy to own and grow relationships after initial launch. You will manage a portfolio of health plans and partners, driving sustained engagement, generating measurable utilization over time, and driving scalability and strategic initiatives.

This role requires strong ownership and rigor, along with a proven ability to drive outcomes within a portfolio. You will lead strategic planning conversations, coordinate cross-functional execution, and ensure each partnership delivers clear, measurable impact.

You’ll operate as the owner of your accounts: protecting retention, increasing engagement depth, expanding campaign scope, and translating client commitment into sustained engagement.

In this role you will…

  • Own a portfolio of health plan and partner accounts post-launch, service as the primary relationship owner responsible for retention, engagement, and long-term account health.
  • Lead structured business reviews, strategic planning sessions, and annual account planning with external stakeholders to align on goals, surface opportunities, and demonstrate ROI.
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing accounts increasing campaign scope, broadening stakeholder engagement, and deepening the partnership over time.
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution across internal teams (product, clinical, marketing, operations) to ensure partner commitments are delivered on time and with clear impact.
  • Own performance-based metrics tied to account growth, retention, and utilization; proactively manage risks and escalate where needed to protect and grow the book of business.
  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments at health plans — building relationships across clinical, operational, and executive levels to drive alignment and sustained adoption.
  • Maintain rigorous pipeline and account hygiene in Salesforce, tracking engagement activity, forecasting renewal and expansion opportunities, and supporting leadership reporting.
  • Contribute to scalability initiatives by identifying patterns across accounts and partnering with internal teams to build repeatable playbooks, processes, and tools.

The background we are looking for...

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B roles: account management, customer success, or partnership management, with demonstrated success growing and retaining existing accounts.
  • 5+ years owning performance-based metrics tied to account growth, retention, engagement, or utilization.
  • 5+ years managing external relationships in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Experience leading structured business reviews, strategic planning conversations, or annual account planning with external stakeholders. Along with proven ability to grow relationships in multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Experience using Salesforce, with the ability to manage a sales pipeline, track performance, and support forecasting
  • Experience as a player coach, managing portfolio, as well as managing individual contributors that own relationships with a portfolio of health plans and/or partners
